How matching works: We pair you with a mentor based on your goals and their experience — no conflicts of interest, no guesswork. You’ll confirm the match before anything’s official.
What we ask of you: Show up, stay curious, bring your real challenges to the table, and commit to the sessions. That’s it.
Keep it confidential. What’s said in mentoring, stays in mentoring — you’ll both sign a confidentiality agreement to protect that.
